This membership is in favor of the continuation of employment for the Chief of Police, Ron Tussing, who we feel has served his duties to the city of Billings with competency and proficiency. Within this mission, we encourage the governance of Billings to be open, transparent, and accountable to the people of Billings, exercised by their practice of fair, equitable, and systematic procedures in the resolution of the dispute between the Chief of Police and the City Administrator.
I am not sure if it was my fault for sending an incorrect link, or what the problem is here, but if everyone would just indulge me and try it again, maybe we can make this work for us.
